Under 25’s Qualify for Worthing Semi-Finals

The Wiltshire Under 25’s Team have qualified for the National Semi-Finals in the White Rose Trophy, after great wins against Dorset and 2012 winners Devon.

The team had to overcome extremely wet conditions in the regional semi-final against Dorset, which was played at Bath B.C in Somerset. After completing a 4 shot win in the morning the team later went on to face holders Devon, that included current England International and Commonwealth games team member Sam Tolchard. This however was insignificant as Wiltshire powered to a 12 shot overall win by 44-32.

Wiltshire last reached the semi-finals in 2011, where they also defeated Devon on the way to, unfortunately losing out against Huntingdonshire.

Congratulations to team manager Adam Tanner and all the players on this fantastic achievement.
